Salary: €65,000 – €75,000 base + benefits

Opportunity
Join a global technology leader’s Life & Pensions practice as a Business Analyst. You’ll work with product owners, developers, testers, and domain leaders to design, deliver, and support digital solutions that align with strategic business goals.

Responsibilities

• Gather, analyse, and document business requirements.

• Lead workshops, process mapping, and requirements playback.

• Create BRDs, functional specs, and user stories; refine backlog.

• Translate technical requirements into business-focused solutions.

• Support UAT and ensure business readiness for go-live.

• Contribute to change management activities (training, comms, migration).

Requirements

• Proven BA experience within financial services, ideally Life & Pensions.

• Strong knowledge of SDLC and project delivery (Agile/Hybrid/Waterfall).

• Expertise in process mapping and documenting as-is/to-be scenarios.

• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

• Degree in Business, Finance, Data, or IT.

• Desirable: BA certifications, IT qualifications, or Life & Pensions domain knowledge.
